Hungary · initiation-elite training · Jump Rope · handball · CIRQUE DU SOLEIL

  • I have started jump rope after my father had established a school club for children with learning disabilities, and for students from poor families to practice skipping, so that they can improve their skills and have an access to a simple and great tool – a jump rope.
  • We joined the International Federation of Rope Skipping (FISAC), and had the chance to compete at World and European Championship. I was in the National Jump Rope Team of Hungary, with which we won x3 World & x5 European Championships. In 2006, I set the European Record in Single Rope Triple Unders (330).
  • I’ve been working as a freelance artist and sports professional.
  • I graduated as a Physical Education and English Language and Literature teacher in Hungary, in 2006, and completed my Master’s Degree in Adapted Physical Education in 2025.
  • During my university years I played handball professionally.
  • Being a Physical Education teacher, I constantly look for possibilities to share my jump rope knowledge, so more of us can enjoy the benefits of skipping. My dream as a child was ready to come true – I wished to become the best in the whole world at something – which turned to be jump rope.
  • After several World and European Champion titles, we received requests to perform at some very prestigious events (Cirque du Soleil, NBA New York Knicks, Orlando Magic, Hollywood – Home and Family). Thanks to all the positive reinforcement, Jumpplus World has been created.
  • At FIBO 2024, Adrienn discovered the unique capabilities of the T-BOW®. Since then, she has integrated it into her classes and trainings, actively exploring and developing several applications.
